Eligibility Criteria
- The MA be at least 18 years of age.
- Be a non-(EU/EEA/Swiss).

- Good character, without a criminal record.
- Prove that all funds for the Golden Visa program were acquired lawfully.
- Maintain a deposit of €30,000 in a Cypriot financial institution for three years.

Investment in Real estate
- Purchasing up to 2 new residential properties (house or apartment) with a minimum value of EUR 300,000 PLUS VAT, with the option to purchase from two different developers.
- Another type of real estate besides a house/apartment, such as a shop, or another real estate development: Purchase up to two new or used of other types of real estate such as offices or other related estate developments €300,000 (plus VAT).
CAPITAL SHARES
Investment in Cyprus Company’s share capital, with business activities and personnel in the Republic: Investment worth €300,000 in the share capital of a company registered and operating in Cyprus and employing at least five (5) people.
INVESTMENT IN UNITS
Investment in units of Cyprus Investment Organization of Collective Investments (forms of AIF, AIFLNP, RAIF): Investment worth €300,000 in units of Cyprus Investment Organization Collective Investments.
