The Reportage Tower is strictly Hotel Apartments and are meant for investment purposes only, you don’t get to live in it, we’re currently in bed with the likes of Marriott to manage it so the client enjoys huge capital gains and amazing ROIs.

There are 2 packages available, the investors package and the normal package

I’ll start with the INVESTORS PACKAGE:
It allows a discount of 20% on any unit you choose to purchase, you also need to make an initial 20% deposit on the discounted price, then spread the remaining payment within 3 MONTHS

While the NORMAL PACKAGE allows:
- 10% deposit for a 3% discount - 70% during construction - 20% upon hand over
- ⁠15% deposit for a 5% discount - 65% during construction - 20% upon hand over
- ⁠20% deposit for a 7.5% discount - 60% during construction - 20% upon hand over
- ⁠30% deposit for a 10% discount - 50% during construction - 20% upon hand over.

PLEASE NOTE also that apartments have both the “City & Community view” and the “Lagoon View”.
